  If a customer has a problem and customer service (actually) resolves... but when they actually resolve something... like sending out a replacement order and tracking number for the package....

  Backdoor Customer Service~~I find calling (or emailing) the customer service contact usually gets one no where... ie:... the companies don't offer the same level of service for those contacting customer service through the front door!...

  In Theory~~In theory I agree. But the reality is that I find almost every time I call a business and get a call center,... the information necessary to answer my questions.

  Hence, I become MORE dissatisfied (ie: angry) than before I called....
